This product is whiter powder or particle, easily soluble in organic solvents, such as, benzene, chloroform and cyclohexane, insoluble in solvents, such as, water and cold alcohol, and slightly soluble in phenols. It is low-toxic, has good thermal stability and water extraction resistance. It can effectively decompose the hydroperoxide produced in the thermal process of polymer.

Antioxidant YFK-626 is a new type of high-temperature antioxidant. Under the condition of high and super high temperature (above 300℃), it has excellent stability in processing and color protection, and good light stability. It is an excellent new generation high-temperature antioxidant, can be widely applied in polyolefin (PE and PP), PBT, PET, polypropylene spinning and other resins that need high-temperature processing and high color protection. Its effect is much better, especially in plastic products that need repeated high-temperature processing and extrusion. It improves the stability of polymer in the process of ingredient, production and use and reduces the degradation of polymer during processing. For many applications, it improves the anti-fading performance of polymer in flue gas. Its high performance and low input can form a more efficient formular. Compared with other equivalent phosphite antioxidants, it has higher content of phosphorus. It can be used as light resistant stabilizer, e.g., synergist of benzotriazole and benzophenone.

This product commonly is not used alone. It is usually used in combination with phenolic antioxidants, such as YFK-1010 and YFK-1076, which can improve the thermal stability of polymer during thermal processing. It can be widely applied in PE, PP, PS polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS and other polymer materials.

This product is stable in nature, without specific requirements for storage. But shall pay attention to avoid moisture and heat.

This product is packaged in carboard box lined with aluminum foil bags. The net wight is 25kg per box.

The general dosage is 0.05%~0.2%.
